Ischenko is the current COO of Robocash Group. Prior to joining the firm, the Russian executive spent over 20 years in the financial industry and held managerial positions at leading consulting companies such as Ernst & Young and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She specializes in business operations, digital transformation, and sustainable strategies.
As CEO, Ischenko will help Robocash refine its business and financial model as well as develop best practices for operations and corporate governance.
In addition to Ischenko’s appointment, Robocash also named Ivan Adamovich as CFO. Adamovich, currently deputy CFO, joined the company in 2019 and was responsible for controlling and reporting corporate finance. In his new role, Adamovich will focus on operational, corporate, and strategic financial development.
With the appointments, Robocash will double down on business expansion and develop a full range of financial products to better serve its clients.
Founded in 2013 by Sedov, Robocash provides loans and other fintech services for underserved communities in Asia and Europe. The company says it has more than 23 million customers and has disbursed over US$2.7 billion worth of loans.
