Indian salestech startup nets $5m in round led by Sequoia’s Surge, Nexus Ventures

- Co-founded by Manish Shara and Yash Desai, the Bengaluru-headquartered startup provides sales and support to online brands to sell their products and services to less tech-savvy users who prefer in-person interaction.
- OneCode focuses on hiring people in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities as sales agents.
- The platform works with financial institutions like banks, discount brokers, and credit card companies including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank, and RedCarpet.
- OneCode is part of Sequoia Capital India Surge’s fifth cohort, which was announced in June. The accelerator program plans to invest in the 23 companies that were chosen for this batch.
