Battlefield 4 launch in Singapore hosted by competitive eSports team

Battlefield 4 is launching this October 29th, and in Singapore, it won’t arrive without fanfare.

Together with distributor Ingram Micro, the competitive Battlefield team [Bf.Nut] has organised hands-on gaming sessions for the public over at the Colosseum LAN shop.

The nine year old eSports team is looking to pit teams of up to 32 players against one another during the launch.

Fans of Battlefield 4 will be able to sign up online for the skirmishes, taking place in 1.5 hour and 0.5 hour sessions. However only the 1.5 hour sessions, beginning at 12pm on Tuesday, October 29th, require pre-registration. The half hour sessions are reserved for walk-in players, and will start at 4:30pm on the same day.

We’ve heard that participants get to walk away with exclusive Battlefield 4 t-shirts regardless of their frag count, so you might want to make sure you have a spot there!

The Colosseum LAN shop is located in Singapore’s Bugis+ mall. Registration for walk-in play is from 10:30am to 11:30am.
