Today’s newsletter is the last I’ll write before I go on a break for the last few weeks of 2021. I’ll be moving into my new house, so even as the year is ending, it’s also a time of new beginnings for me.

(Side note: You never know how much crap you own till you have to haul all of it halfway across the country.)

I suppose you could say that I’m undergoing a kind of exit, leaving my parents’ house and care to settle into a brand new world (of chores and bills).

India is a massive market with heaps of potential, so I feel relatively confident in saying that today’s premium article could see big changes before too long. Maybe we should expand the list from top 20 to top 100 to accommodate that possibility? Take a look at the it and let us know if we should do just that.

• Big money in money: To no one’s surprise, fintech features prominently. In fact, three of the top 10 exits are of businesses in the financial scene.

• Traveling to an exit: To everybody’s (or maybe just my own) surprise, travel-related firms are doing pretty well too. Ibibo Group and Yatra snagged the fourth and ninth place, respectively.
