Witching Hour Studios has released the trailer of its upcoming title, Romans In My Carpet.
Romans In My Carpet is a 16-bit, turn-based, strategy game that recreates the battle of Rome and Britannia using a dirty dorm room as its main stage. Romites and Breetles, who represent these opposing factions, have six unique units for you to use in battle. With units including spider-driven chariots and poop-flinging catapults Roman In My Carpet promises to be a very entertaining strategy game.
The announcement reveals that the game uses a turn-based ‘we-go’ battle system where players will be able to decide and see their actions take place in one phase. Romans In My Carpet will have ten single player campaigns with asynchronous matches for multiplayer action.
Romans In My Carpet is coming to iOS and Android devices in Spring 2014.
