- India-based cloud kitchen Rebel Foods plan to build 100 Indonesian cloud kitchens over the next 18 months with Gojek, following a US$125 million injection from the ride-hailing giant, Coatue Management, and Goldman Sachs, among others, in July, Bloomberg reported.
- Rebel also looks to open 20 kitchens in the UAE by the end of this year.
- The Sequoia Capital-backed company, valued at US$525 million, said its sales in 2018 more than doubled.
