Raising funds and making contacts just got a bit easier for Indian developers thanks to ClanUp

With one of its mandates to build India as a hub for gaming, The National Association of Software and Service Companies (NASSCOM) Gaming Forum, the apex body for game development in the country has teamed up with Google India and 10,000 Start-ups (another NASSCOM initiative) for ClanUp. It’s an investor pitch session for game developers looking to make video games on mobile.

Being a game developer in India comes with its fair share of problems. But there are two problems that weigh heavily on the head of most game makers in the country. One is that of raising funds and the other is the access to the right contacts to make what was a mere idea into a reality. It’s good to know that NASSCOM is aware of this and trying to make things a bit easier for the developer ecosystem.

To pitch at ClanUp, you’ll need to apply on the 10000 Start-ups website by July 15.
