Ecommerce enabler AnyMind Group has gone public on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market after delaying the plan due to market risks in December 2022.
Based on its public price of 1,000 yen per share, the Japan-headquartered company seeks to raise about 3 billion yen (US$23 million).
Originally known as AdAsia Holdings, AnyMind was founded in Singapore in April 2016. It now has 19 offices in 13 markets across Southeast Asia, East Asia, India and the Middle East.
Prior to its recent public listing, the company secured US$91.7 million in capital funding from investors such as include JAFCO Asia, Line, Nomura Sparx, Mitsubishi UFJ Capital.
AnyMind has also made seven acquisitions since its inception: four businesses in Japan and one each in India, Thailand, and Hong Kong.
The firm recorded a 54% compound annual growth rate from 2017 to 2022, with its revenue hitting US$177.6 million and operating profit reaching US$215,000 for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2022.
