VinFast introduced its VF 3 mini-SUV at the Indonesia International Motor Show (IIMS) 2025, along with a free charging policy for EV users at VinFast-operated V-GREEN stations across Indonesia.

The VF 3 is priced at 227,65 million rupiah (US$13,92 million), excluding battery, with a 7,85 million rupiah (US$479.98) cash incentive for the first 1,000 buyers.

Deliveries begin in April 2025.

The free charging policy applies to VF 3 users until March 1, 2028, while VF e34 and VF 5 users can charge for free until Dec. 31, 2027.

Designed for urban commuting, the VF 3 has a range of 215 km on a full charge and can recharge from 10% to 70% in 36 minutes. It features a 10-inch touchscreen, paddle shifters, and a compact design.

VinFast, a subsidiary of Vietnam’s Vingroup, continues expanding in Indonesia, with plans for an EV assembly plant in the country.
