South Korea suspends access to DeepSeek
South Korea has temporarily suspended the domestic operations of the Chinese AI app DeepSeek.
The country’s data protection authority announced on Feb. 17 that the suspension, which took effect on Feb. 15, will remain until the app complies with South Korea’s privacy regulations.
