DeepSeek boosts pricing as demand rises

DeepSeek has raised API pricing for its V3 model due to rising demand, marking its first price increase.

New rates for DeepSeek-chat are US$0.27 per million token inputs and US$1.10 per million token outputs, up from US$0.14 and US$0.27, respectively.

DeepSeek is now linked to AI.com, a domain that previously hosted various AI services and now redirects to its chat platform.

The price hike follows last week’s temporary suspension of API account top-ups.
