The tool is accessible to ChatGPT Plus and Pro users in the United States and several other countries, excluding the United Kingdom and the European Union.

Sora was previously available only to a limited group of testers.

It allows users to create videos through text prompts and image uploads.

The tool features an advanced Storyboard function for editing video elements such as frame sequences, transitions, and looping.
