A foreign investment bank has acquired a 2.5% stake in the Israeli drone camera manufacturer NextVision for US$52 million.
Additionally, insurance company Clal purchased shares worth US$11 million, raising its total ownership in NextVision to 6.5%.
These recent transactions generated US$63 million for various shareholders. The shares were sold at a price of US$24.17 each.
Co-founder and Chairman Chen Golan sold US$15 million worth of shares, decreasing his stake to 5.7%.
NextVision has experienced increased demand for its drone and UAV camera systems due, in part, to ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and Israel.
The company reported revenues of US$115 million in 2024, a 120% increase from the previous year, and a net profit of US$66.5 million, more than double its earlier performance.
