Indian logistic firm Shadowfax adds directors to prepare IPO
Indian last-mile delivery platform Shadowfax has appointed three independent directors—Bijou Kurien, Ruchira Shukla, and Pirojshaw Sarkari—to its board in preparation for an initial public offering (IPO).
Based in Bengaluru, the company plans to raise between 2,500 crore rupee (US$286.96 million) and 3,000 crore rupee (US$344.36 million) through its IPO.
This is expected to value the company at approximately 5,000 crore rupee (US$573.93 million) to 8,000 crore rupee (US$918.28 million).
The new directors have significant experience across various sectors, including logistics, retail, and venture capital.
Founded in 2015, Shadowfax offers last-mile delivery services for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands. Its clients include Nykaa, Flipkart, and Meesho.
Recently, Shadowfax acquired CriticaLog India Private Limited to enhance its delivery services.
