Indian logistics firm Shadowfax is close to securing US$60 million in funding, led by TPG NewQuest, following over a year of discussions. The company, which previously considered a deal with A91 Partners, serves clients including Blinkit, Flipkart, and Decathlon. Shadowfax processes 1.5 million orders a day across over 9,500 zip codes in India.
