Canva appoints ex-Zoom executive as CFO

Canva, a design software company, has named Kelly Steckelberg as its chief financial officer.

Steckelberg played a significant role in taking Zoom public in 2019 and managed its growth during the pandemic.

Steckelberg has held financial roles at Cisco and was CEO of the dating platform Zoosk.

This appointment follows the resignation of former finance chief Damien Singh amid an internal probe in February.
