Australia-based design startup Canva is close to finalizing a deal allowing employees and current backers to sell over US$1 billion worth of stock to new investors.

Although this doesn’t raise funds for Canva, it gives new investors an opportunity to buy into the firm, which is valued at US$26 billion.
