Murdered: Soul Suspect gets June release date

I have been excited about Square Enix’s Murdered: Soul Suspect since I saw the first trailer back in August. At long last we finally have a release date: June 2014. This is confirmed for the North American region, Asian regions remain unconfirmed.

For those of you who don’t know about Murdered: Soul Suspect, the plot revolves around the ghost of murdered man trying to find his killer. There seems to be a lot of supernatural and horror themes worked into a film-noir style detective plot—too cool, am I right? Anyway, have a look for yourself if you haven’t already:

The games looks like mix of Ghost Trick , L.A. Noire and Beyond Two Souls, and it doesn’t get much more varied than that. I just hope the developers manage to resist the lure of adding too much action and turning it into another non-scary “horror” game.

Murdered: Soul Suspect will be released on almost everything, including: PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS4, PS3, so you have no excuses for not revelling in this ghostly murder mystery.
