MIT Enterprise Forum Singapore’s mission is to promote the growth and commercial success of science and technology based entrepreneurial ventures from our region. We do this by organizing events, conferences, programs and other activities to bring together nascent and leading entrepreneurs, industry experts, technologists and investors, to recognize challenges, to stimulate and exchange insights and rigorous ideas, and to catalyze their conversion into effective action.
About Tsinghua Alumni Association Singapore
Tsinghua Alumni Association (Singapore) (TAAS) was established in April 2007. TAAS has over 200 members and has nearly 400 alumni in the contact list. TAAS has also built a good relationship with the government, media and several university alumni associations. In the past three years, TAAS has held a series of activities such as science and art seminars, New Year celebration, anniversary celebration, tai chi lessons, badminton group and table tennis group. Besides these activities, in 2009 TAAS set up an entrepreneur platform group as a channel for entrepreneurship activities in Singapore and China. With support from the China embassy and other organizations, the entrepreneur platform group has successfully held several seminars on entrepreneurship and helped alumni to attend shows in China. TAAS aims to make the entrepreneur platform a bridge for entrepreneurship activities in Singapore and China.
