Singapore-based mobile marketing platform Affle International has acquired US advertising company RevX for an undisclosed sum.

Included in the deal, which is expected to be closed by the end of June 2019, are RevX’s platform, business assets, brand name, intellectual property rights, and business relationships, according to a statement.

Coupled with its buyout of the Vizury Commerce Business late last year, the RevX deal would allow Affle to strengthen its consumer platform for new user acquisition and retargeting, the company said. “We are confident that when we layer our data management platform-based audience intelligence and mFaaS-based ad fraud filters on the RevX platform, we will be able to boost the ROI of the platform significantly,” added Anuj Khanna Sohum, Affle’s chairman, managing director, and CEO.

The acquisition is Affle’s fourth in the span of 15 months, alongside online-to-offline platforms Shoffr in February of this year and Markt in March 2018.
