Doesn’t really matter where you are in the world. If you get successful, the great minds will come to you. It’s easier to Silicon Valley, but not the only place. Highest concentration of startups. LA is a one industry town. SV is definitive one-industry town.
Lots of geeks everywhere.
Successful companies have one thing in common: Good culture. Low turnovers. Entrepreneurs must define their culture and manifest it. Helps think through problems. Retain that team for long periods of time.
