Lineage II's Ertheia expansion dated for July 30

Those of you still playing on the international Lineage II server will be pleased to know that the new Lineage II expansion, Ertheia, has been announced for July 30, 2014. And yes, it’s going to be free, just like the rest of the game!

In the expansion, the titular Ertheia race is rudely dropped into the Material Realm thanks to the broken Seal of Punishment. And as if landing in a new dimension isn’t enough, the Shilen forces will also be there to greet them…with bloodshed. Fortunately, the last of Einhasad’s original races, the elves, orcs, and dwarves, will join forces with the Ertheians and the heroes of Aden to make sure the world doesn’t get blown to bits.

Lineage II was originally a pay-to-play game, but officially adopted a completely free gameplay model in November 2011. If you’ve always thought about playing Lineage II, now is a great time! You can find out more about Lineage II’s new Ertheia expansion here.
