Indonesian conglomerate Salim Group has entered into a joint venture with esports organizer ESL. The partnership is a move by the multi-industry company to increase its presence in the digital sphere and cater to a younger audience.

The deal was signed in September, allowing ESL to host esport championships in Indonesia.
