Lendor, a Singapore-based electronics rental marketplace, has appointed Jo Olivia Lee as the company’s COO.

The appointment follows Lendor’s expansion into Thailand last month. In her new role, Lee will oversee the operations of the company’s Singapore and Thailand offices. She will also be responsible for the development of the firm’s app, platform services, and infrastructure.
Prior to her new role, Lee was the vice president of customer experience at Citi, where she led the bank’s digital channels for global consumers in personal banking and wealth management. She also co-founded Foodpanda Logistics and spearheaded the company’s expansion in Southeast Asia.
Lee is also part of Lendor’s founding team. However, she didn’t hold an executive position in the company until now.
Founded in 2020, Lendor is an on-demand rental platform for electronics devices. It helps businesses monetize their idling inventory while allowing customers to use tech products without having to purchase them.
The company said it has over 10,000 subscribers in Singapore and approximately 3,000 devices circulated with a delinquency rate of less than 2%. Its partners include Lenovo, Xiaomi, Meta, and JK Technology.
