Z-Live will allow Zalora to interact and receive direct payments from its customers in real time. The new platform also provides sentiment analysis, enabling the e-tailer to create shopping personas for a targeted and customized online commerce experience.
Founded in 2012, Singapore-based Zalora has operations in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines, Hong Kong and Taiwan. It offers a collection of products from international and local brands across fashion, luxury, beauty, and lifestyle categories for both men and women.
BeLive Technology’s platform uses artificial intelligence and machine learning for live video analysis, live shopping, and interactive livestreaming. The company says it has a reach of over 100 million viewers worldwide.
“With the rise of ecommerce and consumer behavior shifting to browse-and-buy since the Covid-19 pandemic, live shopping solutions can be a game changer for businesses across Southeast Asia,” said Kenneth Tan, CEO and co-founder of BeLive Technology.
