According to a post on the Nasscom Gaming Forum, India’s governing body for game development, casual game publishing giant Kongregate is possibly eyeing content from Indian studios at the Nasscom Game Developers Conference (NGDC).
For the uninitiated, NGDC is the country’s biggest developer conference. Past editions have seen the likes of Trip Hawkins (founder of EA), Ed Fries (former head of Microsoft Game Studios) and Yoichi Wada (chairman of Square Enix) take the stage.
Having a publisher of the likes of Kongregate at this year’s event would go a long way in taking the local development community forward. So if you’re a developer based in India with a free-to-play game in the works, you might want to have your say on the Nasscom Gaming Forum.
