System Engineer - Application Monitoring

1. Having 2-3 years of experience in technical support, preferably with Geneos or any application monitoring products 

2. Understand monitoring tools principles and having hands-on experience configuring monitoring parameters (e.g., Geneos/ BMC Helix/ Entuity/ DynaTrace/ Splunk/ Prometheus/ DataDog/ ManageEngine, etc.) 

3. Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience for multiple server OS (e.g., Linux/ Unix/ Windows/ AS400, etc.) and Database (e.g., Oracle/ SQL/ MariaDB, etc.) 

4. Able to communicate in English professionally — verbal and written (Fluent) 

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

6. Able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment
