Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year  of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, e-commerce, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Familiarity with key digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, traffic, engagement, and customer acquisition.
• Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify trends or insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis is preferred.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager, or other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Ability to prepare regular marketing performance reports and dashboards.
• Able to work collaboratively with marketing, creative, sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Strong willingness to learn and stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.
