Business Development Officer - Consulting Services BINUS Creates

Job Summary:

• Generate corporate leads, approach prospective clients, and manage Professional Services accounts.
• Increase customer satisfaction, identify customer needs and maintain alignment with current services in Professional Services.
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the departments.
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Min. 3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relations, Customer Success, Business Development, Consulting Services, or a related role.
• Experience in managing B2B clients and maintaining long-term client relationships.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta
