System Administrator

ystem Administrator Requirements Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Proven hands-on experience managing Microsoft Azure environments, including:     
  • Azure Virtual Machines (VMs)
  • Azure Virtual Network (VNet)
  • Azure Storage
  • Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory)
  • Azure Monitor and Log Analytics
• Strong experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux operating systems.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy (GPO), DNS, DHCP, File Server, and Print Server administration.
• Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere, Hyper-V, or similar technologies.
• Good understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, Firewall, Load Balancing, and routing.
• Experience implementing backup, disaster recovery (DR), and high availability (HA) solutions.
• Knowledge of server security best practices, including patch management, system hardening, antivirus, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios, or Grafana.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure, hybrid environments, and cloud migration strategies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
