Product Manager

Job Description 

• Own the product roadmap for AI-powered solutions by aligning business goals, technical feasibility, and user needs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive end-to-end product development.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data insights.
• Prioritize and refine the product backlog to ensure maximum business impact.
• Manage Agile execution, including sprint planning, execution, review, and retrospective.
• Oversee product releases to ensure timely delivery and goal alignment.
• Identify business pain points and translate complex requirements into actionable AI-driven features.

Requirements 

• Minimum 2 years of Product Management experience, including at least 1 year handling AI-based products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application to business solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with data, design, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and iterative improvement.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in breaking down complex requirements into detailed specifications (BRD/PRD) with solid understanding of SDLC.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Able to manage stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments.
