I am a big fan of Tabe. Not just because of his skill in-game, or because of his humble attitude, but also because of how much positive exposure he has given China’s eSport scene.
Although he retired as a player after the Season 3 World Championship finals (where Royal Club fell to SKT T1K), Tabe is still involved with League of Legends as the head coach for teams Vici Gaming Point and Vici Gaming Stand of Tencent’s League of Legends Secondary Pro League (LSPL).

But when Tabe recently expressed his discontent as a coach and wish to return as a player, we only have one thing to say: please do it. There is no official announcement on his Weibo, but Tabe’s other posts clearly indicate that his return as player is more than just speculation or idle banter.
It started with this post:
I feel like I’m not a very outstanding coach. I haven’t accomplished anything or brought any achievements to the team. Maybe I should just go back to being a player (tears).
Nothing out of the normal. After all, everyone has their ups and downs. But then Tabe continued with a follow-up, possibly in reply to one of the hundreds of comments?
My desired position is still like before, a support shot-caller.
