Is ChuaN really coming back, and with a dream team!?

Whenever the new year rolls around, people often reflect on what happened in the past one and look forward a better year ahead. It looks like ChuaN is doing the same.

Wong “ChuaN” Hock Chuan is a popular and skilled Dota 2 player from Malaysia. he supposedly retired after a roster change in his last team, the champions of The International 2012 Invictus Gaming (iG). However, a Tweet of his from New Year’s Eve hints that he’s ready for a comeback.

Here’s the English translation:

2013, I cried, laughed, got everything I wanted and lost it all, stood at the peak of the world and fell to the bottom, thank you for letting me learn so much throughout this year. 2014, thank you to my family, relatives, friends and all of my fans, hope every one of you live happily and better. I’ll be back!

If ChuaN does leave for China, this would mean another blow to the SEA Dota 2 scene following the departure of top SEA players Chai Yee “Mushi” Fung (Malaysia) and Daryl “iceiceice” Koh (Singapore), who both went to China to join Team DK. Of course, we can’t consider this as official information yet, but we’ll keep you posted on updates on this matter.
