What's The Gig?

In this role, you’ll be part of a lean, innovative, and profitable team that’s engineered for the future of marketing. You’ll work hands-on with AI-powered tools, scalable service models, and multi-market campaigns, delivering real impact for leading organizations. Expect a fast-paced environment where you’ll learn, experiment, and grow as we embed AI into everything we do — from strategy to execution.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Assist in the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Set up, Execute, Optimize various paid channels including YouTube, SEM, Display, Facebook, Instagram but not limited to different biddable channels
• Strong analytical skills. Able to analyze large data set via different analytical tools i.e Google Analytics & translate into meaningful insights
• Proactive to identify issues & deliver effective solutions during campaign set up, implementation & post campaign
• Design split tests on Google Ads & Facebook Ads by using customer data and third-party tools
• Conduct in-depth standard and custom ad effectiveness studies for Facebook & Google advertisers.
• Strong communications skill to communicate complex technical topics to client & internal stakeholders
• Close collaboration with cross-functional partners such as the Account Managers, Designers, and Sales team.

What we’re looking for

• Available for a full-time internship (6 months paid internship)
• Preferably a fresh graduate or final year student pursuing a Bachelor or higher Degree in Marketing, business, management in a recognized institution of higher learning, with good academic achievements
• A fast and continuous learner, especially in this fast changing technology driven environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
• A good team player and aims to continue improving with the team and also able to work within and cross departments
• Have basic knowledge on Microsoft office and Google Suite
• Interest in and familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) and a basic understanding of AI concepts such as LLMs, prompting, and AI agents. You’ll have opportunities to apply these skills in real projects and grow your expertise with us.
