On behalf of our client, we are currently hiring for the position detailed below: 

Maintenance Engineer Support – CMMS/SAP PM Administrator

Job Description

• Support the Maintenance Engineer in managing and maintaining maintenance data, equipment records, work orders, and maintenance activities using CMMS, particularly SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
• Perform CMMS/SAP PM administration, including maintaining and updating equipment master data, maintenance records, notifications, work orders, and preventive maintenance information.
• Maintain and update spare parts master data and inventory records, including item identification, classification, labeling, storage locations, and stock reconciliation.
• Support end-to-end maintenance work management processes, including notification screening, work order planning, scheduling, execution monitoring, and maintenance data completion in SAP PM.
• Support maintenance reliability, troubleshooting, and planned maintenance activities by ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma III (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance data administration, CMMS administration, maintenance planning, or engineering support within the FMCG, Food & Beverage, Manufacturing, or related industries.
• Hands-on experience in CMMS/EAM administration, particularly SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM), including maintenance master data, notifications, work orders, and maintenance records.
• Strong data analysis and administrative skills with high attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with Maintenance Engineers, Technicians, Production, Warehouse, and other cross-functional teams.
