Founded by Tanmaya Jain and Varun Puri in 2016, inFeedo’s main offering is a chatbot called Amber that can conduct conversations with employees to find gaps in their own well-being, their company’s leaders, and the organization’s culture. The bot can analyze employee sentiment and find those who are unhappy or are likely to leave.
The platform has been used by more than 175 companies in over 60 countries. In Southeast Asia, it counts prominent companies such as JD.ID, Tiket.com, and BukuWarung as its clients, and it serves around 30,000 employees in total.
InFeedo added that its valuation had tripled in less than 18 months and that it had scheduled its second ESOP buyback for its employees.
The startup plans to use the fresh funds to double its employees and accelerate growth in Southeast Asia, India, and the US.
