Infamous: Second Son pre-order bonuses confirmed for Southeast Asia

Things are really heating up in the gaming world. Shortly before the launch of Diablo III: Reaper of Souls this coming March 25, we’ve got Playstation 4 exclusive Infamous: Second Son releasing worldwide on March 21, 2014.

Infamous: Second Son is the third instalment in the Infamous series, and follows Delsin Rowe, a Conduit (superhuman) in a post-Infamous 2 world where Conduits are thought to no longer exist. The open-world action-adventure game will allow players to choose their morality and offers alternate endings based on choices made during the game.

Asia will receive both English and Traditional Chinese versions of the game, and there are special pre-order bonuses for Southeast Asia. As of now, pre-orders at any Playstation Focus stores give you up to six costumes for Infamous: Second Son, though that’s not a big a deal as the limited edition Infamous: Second son t-shirt you get as well.

Prices for Infamous: Second Son are as follows:

Standard edition: S$69.90 / about $55 (disc), S$63.00 / about $50 (digital download)
Collector’s edition: S$89.90 / about $71 for a beanie hat, badges, a woven patch, and vinyl stickers. The press release we received includes a footnote that adds “actual premium items are subject to change”.

And of course, Sony’s got to reward its Playstation Plus users. PS Plus users will get ten per cent off the digital version’s price if they buy the game between March 21 and April 3, 2014.

There will also be an Infamous: Second Son Playstation 4 bundle pack at S$699 or about $552, which contains a Playstation 4 console, one controller, and a copy of Infamous: Second Son.

If you haven’t quite decided on getting the game, picking up a copy from the very first shipment of Infamous: Second Son gets you two additional in-game costumes, so don’t worry about missing that pre-order!
