Gojek-backed investment app secures $35m funding to launch new products
Pluang, an Indonesia-based investment app, announced it has raised US$35 million in its latest funding round.

- The funding is an addition to the US$20 million that the company raised in March, push the total amount in this round to US$55 million.
- Pluang will use the fresh funds to accelerate new product launches and hire more employees.
- The app gives its users the opportunity to invest in gold, index futures, mutual funds, and crypto assets. It currently has almost 3 million registered users.
- The company’s services can also be accessed through a mini-app within the platforms of tech giants such as Gojek, Dana, and Bukalapak.
