Shiprocket Arabia, a subsidiary of the Indian ecommerce enabler major, has teamed up with Unicommerce to integrate their services into a full-stack platform for sellers in the Middle East.

Unicommerce, which works with brands in India and Southeast Asia as well as the Middle East and North Africa, offers a cloud-based solution that helps sellers streamline their supply chain and order processing. With this integration, Unicommerce sellers can connect to Shiprocket seamlessly to send out orders.

“We see an immense potential of building a strong ecommerce ecosystem in the Middle East region as more retailers and businesses are establishing an online presence,” Saahil Goel, Shiprocket’s co-founder and CEO, said in a statement.

This tie-up is also an extension of Shiprocket and Unicommerce’s existing integration in India, which began in 2019.

Zomato-backed Shiprocket became a unicorn last year after receiving US$32 million in funding.
