Hong Kong rental solutions startup Dash Living bags $8.8m in series A round

Hong Kong-based rental solutions provider Dash Living announced it has raised over US$8.8 million in its latest funding round.

More company updates

• The company will use the new funds to launch its serviced rental solutions in Japan and Australia. It will also expand into Southeast Asia, with a focus on countries and markets that have a high density of hyper-mobile millennials and where accommodations are expensive.
• Dash Living also plans to use the cash infusion to implement new features in its mobile app, improve existing AI tools, and stimulate more user-generated content and events.
• The firm claims that it operates over 1,300 units across serviced apartments, co-living homes, and hotel rooms across Asia. It has more than 280,000 square feet under its management.
• The company also said it manages over 600 units of apartments, co-living homes, and hotel rooms in prime locations across Singapore.
