HashKey Capital Singapore’s approval marks the latest in the central bank’s licensing spree. Earlier this week, MAS gave the green light to Wise, which aims to bring its new investment product to the city-state with a similar capital markets service license.
Circle Internet Financial, the issuer of stablecoins USD Coin and Euro Coin, also secured in-principle approval for a major payments institution license from MAS.
