Developer or woman in tech? Get your complimentary pass to TIA Jakarta 2016!
Every year, there are a handful of tech conferences that aim to connect the tech community who wants to network and be inspired by unimagined possibilities brought forth by like-minded techies. However, more often than not, two groups of people are less in attendance.
Women in Tech

There’s no argument against diversity. Being the world’s most innovative and dynamic industry, we should take the lead and celebrate diversity. Good work qualities are basically in everyone and should not be differentiated by age, race, religion or gender.
While technology is making leaps and bounds, industry diversity generally still lacks behind. Yes, there are some incredibly talented women leading the field regardless of the odds seemingly stacked against them. However, it is clear that there’s still a long way to go. It’s about time we start taking some concrete actions.
Developers

Founders usually take the centre of attention of any successful startup. But developers are often the unsung heroes, staying in the shadows, and putting their best efforts to ship products on time. Without their presence and hard work, there would be no one to bring our ideas to life.
For anyone who wrestles with code, timelines, and user needs to produce the products we love, we have one stage dedicated just for you! Dive into the challenges and rewards of virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and algorithmic user support at our Developer stage. You’ll also hear some war stories from technical founders on how they got their product in flight – you wouldn’t want to miss this stage!
