Grab your Hearthstone beta key and MOL points from Bugis+ this weekend
A Hearthstone fest has hunkered down for the weekend and the kind folk at Singapore’s Bugis+ mall are not only hosting but also giving out free Hearthstone beta keys and MOL points.
That’s on top of the chance to win yourself a free Microsoft Surface Pro.
If you’ve been unlucky enough to have not had a Hearthstone beta key, get yourself down there, swap a few personal details, and you’ll be good to go.
Signing up for a Hearthstone beta key also nets you some free MOL points, the virtual currency used for Hearthstone in Southeast Asia.
If you feel like you need more of a head start, the GX booth is right next to the redemption booth. Signing up for a GX.com.sg account at the event gets you two free Hearthstone decks and an additional 400 MOL points. 100 MOL points are the equivalent of S$1 (about $0.80).
It’s a good idea to stick around the event for a bit because getting selected to go on stage and demo the game gets you an exclusive Hearthstone t-shirt from Blizzard. Answering simple questions posed by the emcee gets you S$5 (about $4) CapitaLand vouchers and there’s also a lucky draw every hour. (I won a voucher while I was there, yay!) If you’re wondering how you can kill time while hanging out there, there are Microsoft Surface Pro tablets with Hearthstone on them set up for public play.
The Hearthstone event at Bugis+ in Singapore started yesterday and will continue until Sunday, December 8, 2013. It is located in the 2nd floor atrium of the mall.
