Zeek, which is available on Carousell’s app and website, can be used by buyers and sellers for new and secondhand items.
The logistics firm offers same-day or next-day delivery services to the customer’s doorstep or e-lockers. For time-sensitive products, the company can also send goods within two to four hours.
The quick delivery services are available for merchants and casual sellers offering goods in various categories such as tech, beauty and personal care, mobile phones, video games, health, home appliances, pet supplies, and auto accessories.
The partnership is a response to a survey done by Carousell, which found that 62% of merchants in Hong Kong see logistics as a top challenge in ecommerce.
“We believe that our comprehensive delivery options can help a wide group of Carousell business merchants and individual users to accelerate deal closure and market catchment,” said Eric Kong, strategic project director and head of quick commerce at Zeek Group.
