• Huawei Technologies founder and CEO Ren Zhengfei expects the company’s revenue to go down to around US$100 billion in 2019 and 2020 as a result of the US ban, Reuters reported.
• The telecom giant’s head exec also said they did not expect that the determination to “crack” the company would be “so strong and so pervasive.”
• Huawei’s international smartphone shipments will drop 40%, Zhengfei added, without specifying a time period.
