The “Go Global” Business Case competition aims to bring a bunch of students from completely different backgrounds together to tackle a business case study. Organized by the National Youth Forum 2006, the competition is open to students above 16 in JC, Polytechnic, and ITE schools, as well as international schools. For those who are interested in social entrepreneurship and learn about how to expand your operation overseas, this competition together with training workshops provides a good platform for you to pursue your interests. Here are more details about the competition.

A Unique Concept
If you’re trying to find a competition like “Go Global”, you won’t.
“Go Global” is a bold new competition which mixes the technicalities of business with the challenge of human dynamics. Successful business leaders are often adept at working with others and leveraging on the strengths of their team. The “Go Global” Competition places six different individuals into teams to tackle a business case study that encourages them to make new friends and at the same time think out of the box.
Together with the competition will also be a seminar on youth entrepreneurship and global opportunities that will be open to the general student population.
Objectives
- 1. To give Singaporean youth the opportunity to work with young people from other cultures at an early stage of education.
- 2. To create interest in entrepreneurship in general and finding opportunities in particular.
