Which is the best payment provider for startups in Asia?

Startups in Asia used to have little flexibility/choice when it comes to payment providers, but now we have companies like Braintree, Worldpay, Chargebee, and possibly Stripe coming to Asia. Does anyone have any experience with these guys? Which is the best for startups?
