In brief: Hong Kong startup focused on female lifestyle content nets $10m from Meitu
PressLogic, a Hong Kong-based technology startup, announced that it has raised US$10 million in a series A+ funding round from Meitu, China’s image processing and social sharing platform.
The funding will allow PressLogic to build its female lifestyle content and user-generated content (UGC) community in different cities and accelerate the growth of its audiences as well as improve its services and MediaLens, its self-developed data-driven analytics technology.

PressLogic is planning use the money to launch GirlStyle.com and GirlStyle UGC mobile app in Hong Kong. It will also roll out the platforms in five other markets, namely Taiwan, Singapore, India, Korea, and Malaysia, by the end of 2018.
