YukYuk grew out of c0-founder and CEO Venandya Camelia‘s work explaining AI to Indonesians online. After watching students, creators, and small businesses struggle with pricey foreign tools, she set out to build a local creative sandbox.
😟 Problem
Students, Gen Z creators, and small businesses in Indonesia need visuals, short videos, and audio for TikTok, Instagram, and school. They struggle with a lack of editing skills, expensive international tools, and complicated workflows, which makes it hard to produce content quickly.
Around 181 million people use social platforms in the country, but only about 6% of the population have credit cards, while most AI tools charge in US dollars.
💡 Solution
YukYuk offers an AI content studio built for Indonesian users. People type an idea and pick an AI model, then receive ready-to-use content.
Key features include:
- Image, short video, music, voiceover, sound effect, and visual effect generation from text prompts
- Choice of models including realistic and anime style options
- Local payments through e-wallets and bank transfers
- Templates for product shots, posters, and social posts
- Auto formats for vertical and square outputs for TikTok and Instagram
- Low-cost credit packs instead of foreign currency subscriptions
