EDBI, Seeds Capital back SG 3D printing firm’s $10m round

The round also saw participation from Seeds Capital, Apsara Investments, Fushia Investments, GK Goh Ventures, and others. Meanwhile, EDBI, GGV Capital, Wavemaker Group, and Pavilion Capital joined in as returning investors.

Tech in Asia has reached out to Structo to find out more on the fundraise.

The 3D printing firm started as a project out of the National University of Singapore in 2014. It partnered with the dental industry and helped develop application-specific solutions for the sector – from hardware, software, and solutions made out of photopolymer resin.

Its product line now includes orthodontic 3D printer DentaForm, a 3D printing resin called Structomer, and automation solutions.

In 2019, Structo raised an undisclosed amount in a funding round from EDBI, GGV Capital, Wavemaker, and Pavilion Capital.
